a good escape
comfy bed complimentary prosecco lovely staff beneficial late check-out
Breakfast in bed was so delicious, exceeding expectations. the bed's comfort was amazing. I did not want to leave it! late check-out was very beneficial. staff are lovely, and i received complimentary prosecco upon arrival as an ihg rewards member.
the gym, though functional, seemed a little small. its size restricted the range of available equipment.

the staff showed genuine care and attention. they remembered small details, like my preferred tea in the morning, a small detail , made a difference. their attentiveness created a cute atmosphere.

the restaurant presented an excellent selection of dishes. ingredients were locally sourced. the breakfast pastries were freshly baked each morning, and the presentation of each plate showed immense care.

the hotel is close to many cultural attractions, easily explored by foot. the surrounding area is quiet, made for peaceful walks during the day, and evenings were quiet. nearby parks gave green spaces.

spacious room delicious breakfast cute staff
i stayed in a premium king room with garden view it was spacious and elegant the breakfast delivered to my room was delicious it added a wonderful touch to my stay i also found the staff to be lovely and cute.
the spa was busy and uncomfortably warm the main pool felt more like a hot bath, making it less relaxing.

the menu offered good variety and breakfast included bacon and cheddar hash i also found the cappuccino to be great, and the restaurant service was good .

i had a premium king room it offered ample space and luxurious touches the bed provided great comfort for sleeping with clean and well-kept bedding included for a relaxing stay.

the room was comfortable and clean. the service from the staff was prompt and efficient. i found the location to be very convenient for accessing local attractions.
the spa was overcrowded during peak hours. i had difficulty finding a vacant lounger. the breakfast buffet lacked variety in fresh fruit options.

mixed feelings about this stay
limited hours overcrowded spa
the spa operated under very limited hours. this cause it to be overcrowded all the time. it was not a relaxing experience. plus, the hotel charged extra for pool access, even to guests staying here. this is unacceptable.

amazing stay!
attentive staff anniversary plate amazing food
the staff were attentive. i saw a happy anniversary plate in my room that was so sweet. fabi arranged my taxi for the evening. it was so nice. the breakfast included amazing food.
the gym included low ceilings. i saw no natural light. three pieces of equipment needed electric work. this made my morning exercise difficult.

the hotel features a lovely thermal experience with a snow room. a salt room is also available, in addition to a jacuzzi. a large pool offers a dark pool section.

the building has private gardens. the building is located opposite them. the entrance has grand decorations for christmas. this makes the exterior very appealing to guests.

helpful staff included snacks soft drink options quiet location
I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. My room included chocolate bars, crisps and water, which I appreciated. The hotel has a social hour with soft drink options available. The location is quiet, yet close to the city center.
I did notice that the bar seemed cold and unwelcoming.

My room was spacious, modern and comfortable. It included plenty of storage space and a lovely bathroom. An excellent shower was also present in the bathroom (I liked it a lot).

The afternoon tea had a great selection of items. Breakfast included pastries and cereal, although some items needed replenishing. The social hour offered soft drink options for non-wine drinkers.

Staff members were cute, efficient and professional (especially Rachel). The concierge provided helpful explanations. Overall service levels were excellent, and I thought that was a good balance.

The spa facilities are really good, including a large pool. Guests have specific times for complimentary spa use. The facilities are luxurious and well maintained, and I really enjoyed it.
